● Fully automatic GKG printing machines, Yamaha high-speed placement machines (YRM20), and 10-zone reflow ovens effectively ensure the reliability and quality of PCBA component placement.

● Advanced inspection equipment such as online and offline AOI and X-RAY has been introduced to inspect the soldering effect of every welding point without blind spots.

● Capable of placing various high-precision components with challenging mounting requirements, including 0105, BGA with 0.2mm pitch, QFN, and CSP.
