Customization Process:
1. The customer provides a detailed product requirements document.
2. After technical communication and between our engineers and the customer's technical team, we formulate a plan and provide a quotation based on the difficulty of product function development.
3. If there is a cooperation intention, a customization contract is signed (including technical requirements, production and delivery cycle, business terms, etc.).
4. After the customer pays the development fee, our side starts project design and production. A free sample machine for user function testing is provided.
5. After the design sample passes inspection, the customer places bulk orders.
6. Our side delivers samples for evaluation and testing. Referencing the technical documents and technical communications between both parties, if there are functional discrepancies or slight deviations, our side will provide free minor adjustments and modifications until the functions are qualified.
